Quality Control System
TIS pursued numerous successes concerning certification, homologations and international technical recognitions. More than 30 years of experience assured acknowledgement in design and manufacture of its own products according to any standard.
The internal and external audits, constant testing, performed in TIS's own lab and in third parties facilities such as Potenza's University, Autostrade Spa and other companies recognized by SIT (Italian organization certifying laboratories), guarantee the quality of its products.
Certifications
The certification released by the QLP-SOA shows how TIS operates in the field of public bids with numerous categories and several classes, proving its technical and financial qualities.
In 1995 TIS achieves DNV's "Quality Management System" certification according to the ISO 9001 standard. In 2003 always with DNV extends its certification according to the 2000 edition.
The certification covers the following fields "Design, construction, installation of structural constraint devices and seismic protection for engineering application, maintenance, structural and functional reinstatement, waterproofing systems for roads, bridges and viaducts".
In 2007 with Milan's Polytechnic TIS Spa achieved the CE mark, certifying first the pot and spherical bearings (TITAN DISC series) according to the European Standard 1337 and then in 2008 the rubber bearings (RAX series).
All TIS's main products such as Titan disc-RAX-UBK-MBK-HDRI-LRI-ADRI-PT ACP have obtained the homologation from the CSLLPP (Italian consultant for public works).
TIS Spa has been recognized as qualified supplier by the
Italian Railways FS concerning expansion joints TISRAIL type and Spherical Titan disc bearings, designed according to the FS 44e specification. (Railways specification).
